Our online store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform enabling our online sales.

SECTION 1A – PAYMENT & INVOICES (ALL CHANNELS)

These Terms apply to all transactions under the ARTLESS brand, including online purchases, in-store sales, wholesale, consignment, and custom orders (“Transactions”).
All invoices must be paid in full by the due date shown on the invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Title & Risk — Risk in goods passes on delivery; ownership remains with ARTLESS until full payment (including any interest or recovery costs) has been received.

  • No Set-off — Amounts owing may not be withheld or set off except as required by law.

  • Inconsistency — If a signed supply or consignment agreement exists, that document prevails to the extent of inconsistency.

SECTION 2 – GENERAL CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to refuse Service to anyone for any reason at any time.
Content (excluding payment data) may be transferred unencrypted across networks.
Credit-card information is always encrypted in transit. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate or exploit any part of the Service without our written permission.

SECTION 3 – ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

Information on this site is provided for general guidance only.
While we endeavor to keep it current and accurate, ARTLESS is not responsible for omissions or outdated details. Use of any material from this site is at your own risk.

SECTION 4 – MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICE AND PRICES

SECTION 5 – PRODUCTS OR SERVICES

Some products or services may be available exclusively online. Colors and textures may vary slightly from images due to lighting and screen differences. We reserve the right to limit quantities, decline orders, or discontinue any product. Quality or fit is not warranted beyond what is expressly stated.

SECTION 6A – LATE PAYMENT: INTEREST & RECOVERY COSTS

If any invoice remains unpaid after its due date, ARTLESS may charge interest at 10% per annum, calculated daily, until payment is received in full. You agree to reimburse all reasonable recovery costs incurred in collecting overdue amounts, including agency fees, legal fees on a solicitor–client basis, and administrative expenses. ARTLESS may suspend or cancel further supply until full payment is received. This clause applies to all Transactions, not solely online purchases.

SECTION 7 – OPTIONAL TOOLS

Access to third-party tools is provided “as is” and “as available”. We are not liable for any issues arising from their use.

SECTION 8 – THIRD-PARTY LINKS

Links to third-party websites are for convenience only. We are not responsible for external content, products, or services and disclaim all associated liability.

SECTION 9 – USER COMMENTS AND FEEDBACK

Any creative ideas, suggestions, or feedback you submit may be used by ARTLESS without restriction or compensation. You must ensure submissions do not violate any third-party rights or contain unlawful content.

If any provision is found invalid, the remainder of the Terms remains enforceable.

SECTION 16 – TERMINATION

All payment obligations and liabilities incurred prior to termination survive termination.
We may terminate Service immediately for any breach of these Terms.

SECTION 17 – ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ARTLESS Craft and supersede any prior understanding. Any ambiguity shall not be construed against the drafting party.

SECTION 18 – GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and all related agreements are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
You irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria and the Commonwealth of Australia.
