Processing Time

All ARTLESS pieces are handmade with care, and each order is prepared thoughtfully before dispatch. Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing before shipment.
During busy periods (such as holiday seasons or markets), processing times may extend slightly — we appreciate your patience and understanding.

If your item is a custom or made-to-order piece, additional time may be required.
We will notify you via email if your order needs extra preparation time.


Domestic Shipping (Australia)

All orders are shipped from Melbourne, Australia via trusted carriers such as Australia Post or Sendle. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

  • Standard Shipping: 3–8 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (available at checkout)

Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by carriers and may vary due to weather, postal delays, or regional conditions.


Local Pickup (if available)

For Melbourne-based customers, local pickup may be available for selected products or events. If offered, the option will appear at checkout, and we’ll contact you via email to arrange a collection time.


International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to select countries. International shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout.

Please note:

  • Delivery times typically range between 10–20 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees applied by local authorities.

  • ARTLESS cannot control or predict these charges and is not responsible for delays caused by customs.


Tracking & Delivery

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please ensure that your shipping details are accurate when placing an order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If a parcel is marked “delivered” by the carrier but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number first. We’ll always assist where possible, but once an item has been marked delivered, we cannot guarantee replacement.


Lost or Damaged Parcels

While we take great care in packaging, accidents can happen during transit. If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us at artlesscraft@hotmail.com with your order number and photos (if applicable).
We’ll review the situation and work with you to resolve it fairly.


Shipping for Returns or Replacements

For approved returns (e.g., damaged or incorrect items), we will provide a prepaid return label or cover the cost of reshipping. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for details on eligibility.


Additional Notes

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes for express delivery options.

  • Multiple orders placed close together may be combined into a single shipment when possible to reduce packaging waste.

  • All parcels are packed with recyclable or biodegradable materials whenever available.
