Handcrafted Nature & Return Policy

Every ARTLESS piece is handmade with care, and slight variations in color, texture, or form are a natural part of its individuality. Because of this handcrafted nature, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

We encourage you to review product descriptions and photos carefully before purchase, and feel free to contact us if you’d like more information about a specific item before ordering.


Damages or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us at artlesscraft@hotmail.com within 7 days of receiving your parcel if:

  • the item is damaged,

  • defective, or

  • you received the wrong product.

We’ll evaluate the issue promptly and, if approved, arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you. To assist us, please include your order number, a brief description, and clear photos of the issue.


Non-returnable & Non-refundable Items

We cannot accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind, personal preference, or fit issues

  • Custom-made or personalized products

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

All purchases—online, in-store, wholesale, or consignment—are subject to these same conditions.


Refunds (if approved)

If a refund is approved for a faulty or incorrect item, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund approval, please contact us at artlesscraft@hotmail.com.


Additional Notes

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.

  • Shipping fees, duties, or taxes are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

  • For approved returns, please package the item securely to avoid further damage during transit.
